From 10–12 March, AS Recruitment will be attending Oceanology International 2026 in London as visitors, joining one of the key events in the global subsea calendar.
For us, attending is not simply about being present at the exhibition but to stay close to operations, technology and people. Spending time on the exhibition floor – speaking directly with operators, contractors and technical partners – gives us perspective that goes beyond daily communication and project coordination.
While we are not exhibiting this year, our presence is intentional as it allows us to step outside day-to-day recruitment processes and engage directly with the wider subsea landscape. Listening to operational challenges, discussing workforce planning, and observing technological developments across ROV and submersible solutions helps us remain aligned with the realities our clients face.

Much of our work happens across time zones and through digital channels. Oceanology International offers the opportunity to strengthen existing relationships in person and open conversations with new companies across the ROV and submersible sector. In a global industry where collaboration often begins online, face-to-face dialogue continues to play an important role in building trust and long-term partnerships.
These interactions give us clearer insight into evolving project demands, workforce expectations and the practical considerations shaping offshore operations. That understanding directly supports our ability to provide informed, responsive recruitment solutions.
We are looking forward to a focused few days of networking, industry insight and meaningful discussions – and to continuing to build strong partnerships within the subsea community.
If you will be attending and would like to connect, feel free to reach out via our recruitment email (recruitment@as-recruitment.com) or through the contact page on our website.
See you in London!
