HOW IT STARTED
AS Recruitment was established in 2021 following direct experience within offshore projects where personnel alignment and quality control were inconsistent.
Having worked as freelancers within the subsea sector, the founders recognized the need for a recruitment structure built on operational understanding rather than transactional placement.
The company was founded in Cyprus by two offshore specialists with over a decade of field experience. The objective was clear: create a focused agency that understands the technical and practical demands of subsea projects.

Five years later, AS Recruitment operates with an established international client base and a structured network of offshore professionals.
