The role is to deliver sophisticated technology solutions to business problems; this includes developing new functionality in the systems used for trading and risk management, and working very closely with the trading desk, BAC, and other groups to define requirements. The position demands strong software development skills as well as the ability to perform business analysis. Candidate will be experienced in .NET and Java. Candidates for this position should be highly motivated and capable of quickly learning a complex system and understanding a large set of business requirements. Strong communications skills are essential. Any background in loans, fixed income securities and interest rate and credit derivatives would be helpful but not required assuming the individual is a fast learner. |
