Applications are invited for the position of 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst reporting to the Service Desk Supervisor within the IT and Facilities department.
Working as part of a small team you will provide second line support to the business liaising with the service desk you will resolve any outstanding issues and provide feedback and analysis. Experience in a busy IT environment is essential, as is knowledge of Windows XP and Vista operating systems, desktop applications, Office 97 - 07, Network, Cisco to CCNP, Servers, Windows 2003 - 08 and HP Proliant. Knowledge of basic Oracle/SQL DBA, VB or C#.Net or similar programming would be an advantage.
