At the moment, we’re looking for a Mechanical Diagnoser to join our team. In this highly visible role, you’ll have plenty of responsibilities. From diagnosing faults and identifying defects in a safe and logical way through to solving problems that may arise at the plant, you’ll create work order cards that describe solutions, as well as detail whether external contractors (such as scaffolders) are required.
What is vital though is that you have experience working within power generation. Also important will be your outstanding problem solving abilities, gained from your previous experience of fault diagnosis and perhaps risk assessment.

To help our power station maintain the excellent reputation it has for mechanical safety, you’ll need to have a recognised apprenticeship and be qualified to a minimum level of City & Guilds level 3, ideally with an HNC Mechanical or equivalent (although this is not essential). |
